Slap My Hand I’ve Been A Bad Girl To Myself!
The author of this book must be a wonderful person! She exudes passion, warmth and real care for those who struggle to lose weight. There is so much information here that no other weight loss book has even thought of explaining. She explains to you the science of why we overeat and also an explanation of how we are beating ourselves up by overeating and how we should change our mindset from thinking like a fat person to loving ourselves and enjoying life, and really how to do it.
I have been struggling with weight loss and gain for most of my life. Even since I was a young girl. I grew up in a family that was pretty poor. We lived in a tiny little house around here they call a pickers shed and it really was a struggle to keep food on the table for my parents. Once they got out of that slump, they were able to not only keep food on the table they were also able to buy extra things such as candy and soda every once and awhile. I still to this day have trouble making myself to stop eating. I was told it could be due to the fact we were deprived as children, but after reading this book it gave me so much insight to what could really be wrong with my weight issues.
If you are a person struggling to lose weight then I suggest you read this book. It is really truly different from anything else you may have read. Very good job.

Where Was This Book A Year Ago For Me!
I really wish I would have found this book a year ago. I have struggled with my weight so much that I just end up getting frustrated so badly that nothing ever seems to work. I was up to 230 pound and I am only 5’ 4” so as you could imagine I was pretty hefty looking, well I was pretty hefty. It took me 3 years just to get under 200 pounds. I worked at it and really was only disappointed to have only lost 10 pounds a year. The 4th year I worked at losing weight I had lost 25 pounds. So now I was down to 170 or 175 somewhere around there. Then last year I started this new fad diet that I never should have tried (I know that now thanks to this book) I got down to 150 pounds in just 6 months. Well as you can imagine, the holidays rolled around and I started to eat other foods again. I didn’t overeat, but I did eat anything. I quickly gained those 20 pounds back. No I am stuck with a bunch of clothes that don’t fit one way or the other. I am just kind of stuck at 160 pounds and can’t pull my small pants up and can’t keep my larger pants from falling down.
